From the moment we arrived, Diana greeted us with warmth, providing a wealth of local tips and even a sweet touch of Prosecco and cookies. The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully renovated, merging modern comforts with the charm of Varenna's historic ambiance.

While our stay was delightful, the view from our room didn’t offer the picturesque lake vistas one might expect in such a scenic location.

Diana was an amazing host! The room was spacious and had good air conditioning. We loved the cute little balcony and the kitchenette with all the essentials. The bathroom was nice, and water pressure was excellent! A nice touch was the daily restock of biscuits and the complimentary prosecco. Perfect location near the main piazza!

The kitchenette could use a few more utensils for convenience!!! The Wi-Fi connection was intermittently slow, which can be frustrating when needing to look up local spots!!! I expected a better view for such a prime location!!!

Diana went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even decorating the room for our special occasion. The place was really clean, and we loved that it had everything we needed, including good air conditioning and a lovely kitchen area to prepare some meals ourselves.

It wasn't the most affordable option, but totally worth it.
